Role Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Vehicle Technician to join our team. This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a range of vehicles while ensuring safety and quality standards are met. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a variety of vehicles.
- Conduct routine servicing and MOT preparation to ensure roadworthiness.
- Identify and resolve mechanical and electrical issues efficiently.
- Use diagnostic tools and software to pinpoint vehicle faults.
- Ensure all work meets manufacturer and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth workshop operations.
- Provide excellent customer service and professional advice when required.
- NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent).
- Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician in a workshop environment.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with modern diagnostic equipment and tools.
- A valid UK driving licence.
- Ability to work efficiently and independently in a busy environment.
- Competitive salary of up to 42,000 per annum.
