Key responsibilities- Conduct professional viewings of show homes and available properties
- Qualify potential buyers and assess their purchasing requirements
- Provide expert guidance on properties, local amenities, and buying processes
- Maintain detailed customer records and progress sales through to legal completion
- Collaborate with mortgage advisers, solicitors, and customer care teams
- Achieve monthly sales targets and performance indicators
- Ensure show homes and sales suite maintain pristine presentation standards
- Participate in marketing events and development launch activities
- Previous sales experience, preferably in property, automotive, or high-value retail
- Outstanding communication and presentation abilities
- Genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Flexibility to work weekends when customer activity peaks
- Professional demeanour with confident telephone and face-to-face skills
- Understanding of property buying processes advantageous
- Full UK driving licence with access to own vehicle
