Responsible for all technical/design aspects of the remedial cladding works.
Working with the production and commercial team developing solutions for the remedial works, assessing the best methodologies for both compliance, method of installation and cost.
Appointing and managing all consultants required
Managing the fire consultant and all EWS 1 form approvals
Where required managing any planning, building control and warranty interfaces with the respective bodies
Checking consultant and sub contractor design drawings and coordinating as required

Self motivated and used to working in a small team of senior professionals
Eye for detail combined with the breadth to look beyond the minutia and find the broad solutions
Team player who recognises the importance of the remedial work for both our company and the residents
Experience
Worked on high rise buildings which have used a variety of cladding systems
Worked in recognised developers of high rise buildings or their delivery contractors or consultants
Experience of leading and managing design teams
Good working knowledge of relevant legislation particularly Part B and relevant fire regulations
