The Role
Were looking for a Health & Social Care Tutor to join our Regional Delivery Teams throughout London and the surrounding Home Counties. In this role, you will:
- Deliver engaging and effective training, assessment, and support to Health & Social Care learners, guiding them toward successful completion of their qualifications.
- Support the development, implementation, and evaluation of approved Health & Social Care training materials, ensuring consistency, promoting best practices, and utilising a range of delivery methods to maximise learner success.
- Monitor learner progress proactively, conducting regular progress and support reviews to ensure timely completion of qualifications and uphold the highest standards of achievement.

What Were Looking For
To succeed in this role, youll need:
- A1 Assessor Award (TAQA, CAVA, A1, D32/33 etc.)
- Teaching qualification (desirable)
- Functional Skills qualifications at Level 2
- L3 or L5 H&SC qualification
- A minimum 5 years occupational experience within a Health & Social Care setting, ideally within a senior/management role
- Experience of working remotely
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and manage own diary
- Full UK Driving License and use of own vehicle

What We Offer
- Qualified Tutor/Assessor £27.5k-£35k per annum based on experience
- Trainee Tutor/Assessor £22.5k-£25k on commencement and rising, when qualified and experienced
