£55,000 - £60,000 (DOE) + £6,500 Car Allowance

Covering North London & Northen Home Counties areas

1 – 2 Days work from home available (office based in Royston)

EA Associates are recruiting on behalf of a property services contractor for a Quantity Surveyor, predominantly responsible for painting / decorating projects. The role will be covering North London and Northern Home Counties areas, reporting to the Royston office with 1-2 days working from home available. The successful candidate will have experience using Schedule of Rates / fixed prices. Candidates with quantity surveying experience in social housing / property services / refurbishment are desirable.

Role Overview:

To manage and control all financial and technical aspects of contracts including procurement, invoicing and payment to minimise costs & maximise value. The successful Quantity Surveyor will be fully responsible for the financial performance of the project, through to collection of cash.

Requirements:

• Full UK driving license
• Previous experience in painting / decorating projects
• Qualification in Quantity Surveying in desirable
• Experienced using Schedule of Rates / take offs / fixed prices
• CSCS Card
