Description

CTS Recruitment has been established since 1982 specialising in recruitment for the Health and Social Care, Catering and Hospitality and Driving and Industrial sectors . We are currently recruiting a Compliance & Recruitment Officer.

You will be responsible for the company's Compliance and Recruitment department ensuring that a regular in-flow of candidates are passed to the operations team and that you are ensuring the compliance of all the company's candidates.

The successful applicant will ideally have a good understanding of CQC requirements and the Health & Social Care Act and other relevant legislation to ensure the company's compliance. You will need working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and other Office Applications and knowledge of Aspire would be advantageous but not essential as full training will be given.

Responsibilities will include:

• Dealing with incoming telephone queries daily

• Resourcing candidates for temporary and permanent job roles

. Booking in regular interviews on receipt of application forms

• Interviewing applicants on a daily basis - to determine if meet criteria to go through the recruitment process

• To ensure candidates availability including experience, skills, qualifications, training and vaccinations

• Inputting successful applicant's details onto the in-house system, processing applicants file including sending and chasing reference and Enhanced DBS checks.

• Auditing of agency worker files to prepared for work and passing files to manager to sign off

• Completing any additional checks required at badge collection or later to meet mandatory checks

• Issuing new agency staff ID badge and uniform as required

• Chasing references for agency staff as and when required

• Booking care staff in for mandatory training after interview ensuring current workers training courses are in date according to CQC Regulations

• Attending job fairs as and when required to generate new applicants

• Assisting and supporting the operations team

• Any other Ad hoc duties

Full time - 40 hours per week Monday to Friday 9 am to 6 pm (1 hour lunch, unpaid).

Job Type, Permanent.

20 days annual leave plus 8 days (Bank Holidays).
