TradeField are currently working with a vehicle repair centre that is recruiting for an experienced sprayer. The job is to start immediately and will continue well into 2026.

KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Painting and Spraying:Prepare surfaces and apply paint or coatings using various techniques and tools to achieve high-quality finishes.
- Surface Preparation:Carry out sanding, masking, and cleaning to ensure surfaces are ready for painting.
- Equipment Maintenance:Maintain, clean, and ensure proper functioning of all painting and spraying equipment.
- Quality Control:Inspect finished work to ensure it meets company and client standards.
- Flexibility:Adapt to changing priorities and tasks, including overtime or adjusted hours when required to meet project deadlines.
- Proactive Work Ethic:Identify and address issues or inefficiencies, ensuring continuous improvement in processes.
- Team Collaboration:Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth workflow and project completion.
- Health & Safety Compliance:Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety regulations and workplace cleanliness.
