Used Car Sales Manager - Enfield

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and experienced Used Car Sales Manager to join a high-performing team at a flagship dealership in Enfield. This is a rare opening with a well-established and growing automotive group that offers stability, strong stock levels, and excellent earning potential.

We're looking for a driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and can inspire a team to consistently deliver outstanding results and customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

  • A proven track record in automotive sales management
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
  • A customer-first mindset paired with a commercial, goal-oriented approach
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills
  • Strong computer literacy and comfort with digital systems
  • High levels of self-motivation and a hands-on, lead-from-the-front attitude

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and inspire the sales team to exceed targets
  • Set clear performance objectives and provide regular feedback and coaching
  • Manage daily operations including deal files, handovers, and sales pipeline
  • Ensure compliance and deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience
  • Promote a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and high achievement
  • Recruit, train, and resource the sales team to support long-term success

Working Hours

  • Weekend working (both Saturday and Sunday) with days off in the week
  • 4 Days week 1, 5 days week 2
  • 1 Weekend off Per month
