Part Time Sales Administrator

Our client is looking for a Part Time Sales Administrator to work for their small but expanding and exciting company. You will be able to work from 9am - 12pm, Monday - Friday and in the office.

You will process customer order and raising invoices, assist with completing all necessary export documentation, liaise with customers and warehouse to ensure timely delivery, via telephone and emails, update customer portals as and when necessary, assist with chasing aged Debtors where necessary and manage customer complaints and ensure they are dealt with in a timely manner. You will send out samples, book the courier and ensuring stock room is kept clean, tidy and fully stocked. You will also file and archive, check the daily post and action as appropriate, answer the phone and deal with enquiries and assist with general ad-hoc duties as and when requested including emptying the dishwasher, making teas and coffees and preparing the meeting room. The ideal candidate will have order processing experience and it would be ab advantage if you have any experience of Export Documentation. Any sage experience would also be a great benefit within this role. What is really important is a team player who can multi task and has excellent attention to detail. You will have excellent communication and organisational skills and you will have the ability to work on your own initiative with working knowledge of Word and Excel.

You will be happy to assist with bring pallets of goods into the office when required with another team member.
