Rate: £20.50 per hour (CIS)

Contract: Temp to Perm

Build Recruitment are looking for an experienced Damp and Mould Operative to work on social housing properties across London.

Role Details:

• Temp to perm opportunity

   

• £20.50 per hour (CIS)

   

• Company van and fuel card provided

   

• Mobile role covering damp, mould, and condensation treatment

   

• Working in occupied and void properties

   

Requirements:

• Previous experience in damp & mould repairs

   

• Multi-trade skills

   

• Full UK Driving Licence

   

• DBS or willingness to obtain one
