What You'll Do:As a Delivery Consultant, you'll play a key role in the recruitment process:
- Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, and social media
- Build relationships over the phone with new and existing candidates
- Support consultants and clients throughout the hiring journey
- Collaborate closely with a dynamic and friendly team

- Analytical, focused and resilient under pressure
- Confident telephone manner and excellent communication
- Strong people skills and attention to detail
- A team player with a sense of humour and drive to succeed
- No prior recruitment experience needed - full training provided!
