An established company based in Walton-on-Thames is seeking a reliable and experienced Warehouse / Forklift Operative to join their team on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for long-term stability within a supportive and well-structured working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently
- Loading and unloading deliveries
- Picking and packing orders accurately
- Organising and maintaining the warehouse to ensure it remains clean and safe
- Stock control and inventory management
- Assisting with incoming and outgoing shipments
- Liaising with delivery drivers and internal departments
- General warehouse duties as required
Requirements:
- Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence - essential
- Full UK Driving Licence - essential
- Previous warehouse experience preferred
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong time management skills
