Multi Traders - Walton on Thames

We are looking for Multi Trades to work for one of the biggest housing associations in the industry!

With work rapidly increasing, my client are searching for skilled Multi Traders to join their team covering the Walton on Thames area. 

Responsibilities for the Multi Trader role:

• Conducting routine maintenance and repairs on social housing properties.
• Responding promptly to maintenance requests from tenants and property managers.
• Ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to high-quality standards.
• Conducting inspections and identifying areas requiring maintenance or repair.
• Collaborating with other maintenance team members and contractors as needed.

APPLICANTS MUST HOLD A UK DRIVING LICENCE & A TRADE QUALIFICATION (NVQ/City & Guilds)

• Permanent role up to £37k 
• 42.5 hour week 
• Overtime available
