Our client is seeking a Compliance Administrator to join their team as soon as possible. This role sits within a busy customer service department working on compliance administration. Your primary role is to maintain checklists, collate data and documents and ensure they are held on the system correctly. You will also be responsible for generating reports.

Duties:

  • Obtain, re-name and file information on the system
  • Obtain, re-name and file supplier information
  • Produce and send documents
  • Monthly reporting
  • Ensure all suppliers are compliant and have up to date documentation
  • Completing tasks within set deadlines
  • Admin such as filing and uploading of documents to internal portal

Requirements:

  • Intermediate level of MS Excel and the rest of the MS Office Suite
  • Attention to detail
  • Data entry experience
  • Good organisational, time keeping and communication skills
