Property Maintenance Handyman / Multi Trade, £22.05 p/h, 1-2 months, Walton-on-Thames

Our client provides asset and property management services to the rental apartment sector in Walton-On-Thames.  They are looking for a handyperson with multi-trade style skills to assist them for 1 month taking an apartment from the state of move out ready for the next tenant to move in. Also, you be carrying out re-active maintenance tasks such as repairs in tenanted properties.  Must have own van & tools, experience, this a 1 x month contract, could be longer, must live local to Walton-On-Thames, must have multi tasks such as plumbing, tiling, painting & decorating, carpentry, kitchen fitting.

Duties will include property repairs and general maintenance such as (this is not an exhaustive list);
