An independent agency is seeking an experienced lettings manager to lead their lettings team and ensure excellent customer service.
Candidates must have recent lettings management experience, be ARLA qualified, and possess strong leadership skills.
The role offers a basic salary of £35,000 with potential earnings of around £75,000 through commission.
Working hours are Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm, with 1 in 3 Saturdays required.

Personal specification:

• Recent lettings management experience within residential estate agency• ARLA/NFoPP qualified• Natural leadership skills• Superb customer service skills• Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills• Self-motivated• Target and goal driven individual• IT literate• Full UK driving licence.

The salary for this role will include a basic of £35,000, plus commission enabling you to earn in the region of £75,000. Working hours are Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm, and you will be required to work 1 in 3 Saturdays with a day back in lieu.
