This service has 6 individuals all who have different needs including learning disabilities along with Asperger's, Autism, Epilepsy and Mental Health conditions. This is a service where there are behaviors that challenge, but training is provided, and you will also provide support to all individuals via shared support and on a 1 to 1 basis. The service users have various activities they attend with staff support. These include Snoozelum, Nova Club, in-house arts & crafts and cookery sessions, aromatherapy as well as house trips and holidays.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Every day’s different, but your role could include:

  • Supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, epilepsy, or physical disabilities to live independently
  • Helping people with everyday tasks like shopping, cooking, or managing money
  • Encouraging people to connect with friends, family, and the community
  • Providing personal care (with dignity and respect)
  • Making each day meaningful — and having fun while you do it!
