Purpose of the Job - Call Handler

• Answering a high volume of inbound calls in a professional and timely manner.

• Responding to customer queries, providing accurate information, and resolving issues effectively.

• Logging all calls and updating customer records accurately on internal systems.

• Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department or manager when necessary.

• Making outbound calls when required, including follow-ups and information requests.

• Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection/GDPR regulations.
