Your New Company:
A leading organisation within the Turfcare Industry is seeking an Service Technician to join their team on a full time permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform servicing and repairs onequipment.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic faults.
- Maintain professional, customer-focused interactions to represent the brand positively.
- Record all service and repair activities accurately.
- Proactively address customer issues and ensure high-quality repairs.
- Follow safe working practices and use protective equipment as required.
- Communicate complex issues to the Service Manager and relay parts requirements promptly.
- Keep service vehicles clean and well-maintained.
- Attend product and technical training sessions to stay updated on industry developments.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
