The Permanent SEND Teaching Assistant role will involve:
• Supporting students to access and engage with teacher-led curriculum and learning activities
• Assisting with the implementation of individual education and behaviour plans.
• Supporting with emotional regulation and pastoral needs, as well as educational
• Assisting with personal care, attending to hygiene needs, and administering medication as required.
• Encouraging independence and promoting self-esteem among students.

• Have experience working with children, young people or adults with special educational needs.
• Possess resilience, common sense, and a commitment to teamwork.
• Demonstrate positive attitudes to encourage independence in students.
• Can communicate effectively with all members of the school community.
• Are committed to ongoing training and professional development.
