As a 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
* Offer tailored support to a pupil with moderate SEN needs
* Assist with learning tasks, emotional regulation, and classroom routines
* Work closely with the class teacher and SENCo to deliver individual support strategies
* Encourage independence, resilience, and positive engagement
* Help create a calm, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
