About the Role:

  • Supporting students with a variety of SEND needs, including Autism, learning difficulties, and complex requirements
  • Assisting teachers with classroom activities, planning, and individualised support
  • Helping to create a safe, engaging, and positive learning environment
  • Providing 1:1 or small-group support where needed
  • Working collaboratively with staff, families, and professionals

Ideal Candidate:

  • A patient, empathetic, and resilient individual
  • Experience working with children or young people, ideally within SEND (not essential-full training provided)
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships
  • A proactive attitude and genuine passion for supporting learners
  • Able to start immediately or with short notice
