This is a rewarding opportunity to support students with a range of additional needs, helping them to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. You'll be working within a skilled and supportive staff team who are committed to creating a nurturing and inclusive environment.
About the Role:
- Supporting students with a variety of SEND needs, including Autism, learning difficulties, and complex requirements
- Assisting teachers with classroom activities, planning, and individualised support
- Helping to create a safe, engaging, and positive learning environment
- Providing 1:1 or small-group support where needed
- Working collaboratively with staff, families, and professionals
Ideal Candidate:
- A patient, empathetic, and resilient individual
- Experience working with children or young people, ideally within SEND (not essential-full training provided)
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships
- A proactive attitude and genuine passion for supporting learners
- Able to start immediately or with short notice
