Are you an Architectural Technologist or Technician with experience using AutoCAD and Revit, looking for a new opportunity? Do you want to work in a collaborative environment where you can continue to develop professionally and technically?

This growing architectural practice operates across the Hertfordshire region, specialising in residential projects. They offer a wide range of services to a diverse clientele, including single and double-storey extensions, loft conversions, full refurbishments, and new builds. Their ability to deliver high-quality, tailored services has led to consistent success since their inception, and they are now looking to grow their dynamic team with this fantastic opportunity.

In this role, you will take on a variety of responsibilities, based predominantly out of their office in Ware. You will be working on multiple projects simultaneously, assisting in the production of building regulation and construction drawings. Additionally, you will support the team in coordinating building control submissions and approvals. You will also liaise with consultants, suppliers, and other external stakeholders to resolve any technical issues that arise.

Therefore, the ideal candidate will be a motivated Architectural Technologist or Technician with strong AutoCAD and Revit experience, who is looking to work within a great working environment and is interested in working on Residential projects.
