Are you an Architectural Technologist with background in Revit, looking to work for a varied multi-disciplinary practice?

This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a small but growing Hertford based Architecture Consultancy offering a range of services. This close-knit team of specialists in their fields work on projects which range from home extensions and new build homes to planning services.

In this role you'll be part of a technical team responsible for producing detailed construction drawings in Revit, coordinating with engineers and contractors, and ensuring compliance with building regulations. Your projects will range from bespoke home extensions and new-build residences to broader planning and design services, offering real variety and scope to develop your expertise.

This role would suit an Architectural Technologist with background in Revit, looking to work for a varied multi-disciplinary practice in Architectural Planning.

THE ROLE
* Develop detailed technical drawings and specifications using Revit
* Support technical coordination and project delivery
* Assist with building control submissions and construction documentation
* Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and subcontractors
* Ensure all work complies with UK Building Regulations and project requirements

THE PERSON
* Architectural Technologist with a background in Revit
* Technical portfolio and understanding of project delivery
* Knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction methods
