Semi-Senior Accountant

Reed Crawley is working with a practice who are looking for a Semi-Senior Accountant to join their modern, forward-thinking practice that combines tax and accounts work. Day-to-day of the role:

  • Assist in the preparation of tax returns and financial statements for a diverse client portfolio using cloud accounting software.
  • Support senior accountants in managing client accounts, ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
  • Engage in both individual and collaborative projects to improve practice efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Utilise advanced cloud accounting tools to streamline processes and deliver accurate financial reporting.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to enhance professional skills and knowledge in tax, accounting, and cloud-based systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • AAT qualified or ACCA part-qualified.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and tax regulations.
  • Proficient in cloud accounting software and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
