Job Title: Head Chef Live-In Available
Location: Harrow Inn, 309 Farleigh Rd, Warlingham, CR6 9EL
Salary: Up to £36,000 per annum plus bonus + live-in accommodation
Hours: Full Time
About the Role:
As Head Chef at the Harrow Inn, youll lead a kitchen to be proud of. Youll inspire and develop your team, ensuring every dish that leaves the kitchen meets our high standards. From stock control and food ordering to team training and compliance, youll manage all areas of the kitchen while delivering great guest experiences.
This role also includes live-in accommodation a one-bedroom space available on-site, offering extra convenience for the right candidate.
This is a great opportunity for someone ready to step into their first Head Chef appointment.

What youll be doing:
Leading and developing the kitchen team
Delivering consistently high-quality food
Managing food safety, hygiene, and compliance
Handling food orders, stock control, and preparation
Working with a branded menu and hitting key KPIs
