A global promotions and premiums agency working primarily on merchandise for new global movie releases is recruiting a Sales Account Manager to join their team.  Based near Caterham, this hybrid role is available to applicants within approximately 25 miles from the office. THE ROLE:Overall, you will liaise with clients, suppliers and internal departments to project manage sales orders, whilst delivering high levels of customer service. This includes:
  • Being the first point of contact for existing customers to provide excellent customer service
  • Support senior account managers with projects
  • Brief the design team and assist with product sourcing
  • Process sales orders, and other administrative duties
  • Arrange deliveries
  • Work with suppliers to avoid delays
  • Produce weekly reports on the status of accounts
For this hybrid role you must have a suitable and quiet place to work from home. KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:The company operate in a fast-paced, high-energy international environment and therefore are looking for a very special person:
  • Experience of sales administration, sales account management
  • Highly organised with great attention to detail
  • Exceptional people skills the clients can easily warm to
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • IT literate (Microsoft programmes)
