Our client is a multi-award-winning and highly successful family run business, which has built its highly reputable service throughout Surrey, Sussex, Kent and Hampshire. This is a rare and exciting opportunity for someone who has already gained some experience within the construction industry as a Site Operative.

The business has built itself an excellent reputation within the luxury leisure industry with clients ranging from independent businesses to high-net-worth homes. You will be offered full training and your own company vehicle - you will be working out on site, with the construction and installation of domestic swimming pools.

It is essential that you hold a valid CSCS card and have a full/clean driving licence.

Salary: Starting salary of £26,000, along with attendance incentive, pension and company van.

Location: Warlingham

Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 4.30pm (including a 30 minute unpaid lunch break)

  • Working on-site at domestic properties, you will be performing general labour duties as assigned by the supervisor
  • Assist with loading and unloading materials
  • Operate hand and power tools under supervision
  • Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris and hazards
  • Follow health and safety guidelines at all times
  • Support other team members as needed

Do you have the requited skills and attributes?

  • General Site experience essential.
  • Valid CSCS Card
  • Full/Clean licence
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and work in physically demanding environments
  • Ability to work as a team and on their own
  • Hard working and able to use their own initiative
  • Able to liaise with customers in a courteous and professional manner
  • Understanding of construction site safety procedures
  • Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team environment
  • Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
  • Strong work ethic and reliability
  • Willingness to learn and take direction from supervisors
