SUMMARY

An independent co-educational school for pupils aged 7-18 is seeking to appoint a qualified Maths teacher to teach KS3 and KS4 maths immediately. The school will also consider an A Level Maths teacher. This position is full-time, term-time, with the potential to become permanent for the right applicant.

Skills & Experience

The successful candidate will

  • Have an excellent understanding of the National Curriculum for GCSE Maths, including exam specifications.
  • Qualified Teacher Status and a degree or similar Maths qualification and possess recent experience teaching Maths to students in KS3-KS4. An A-Level specialist in Maths would also be considered.
  • Need to be comfortable stepping away from traditional classroom teaching practices, to embrace modern teaching methods and technologies including video conferencing and online resources.
