As Assembly Operative, your responsibilities will include:

  • Reading and interpreting build manuals, drawings, and specifications
  • Operating equipment and machinery safely and efficiently
  • Completing work and documentation to high standards within set timeframes
  • Performing product testing in line with company procedures
  • Maintaining quality under ISO 9001:2015 standards
  • Ensuring workspace compliance with ISO 9001:2015

As Assembly Operative, your experience will include:

  • Working knowledge in a manufacturing/assembly environment
  • Computer literacy and ability to read technical drawings
  • Soldering experience and understanding of PCBs
  • Familiarity with electrical assemblies
  • IPC training and aerospace assembly experience (desirable)
  • Ability to travel to a rural location
