As Assembly Operative, your responsibilities will include:
- Reading and interpreting build manuals, drawings, and specifications
- Operating equipment and machinery safely and efficiently
- Completing work and documentation to high standards within set timeframes
- Performing product testing in line with company procedures
- Maintaining quality under ISO 9001:2015 standards
- Ensuring workspace compliance with ISO 9001:2015
As Assembly Operative, your experience will include:
- Working knowledge in a manufacturing/assembly environment
- Computer literacy and ability to read technical drawings
- Soldering experience and understanding of PCBs
- Familiarity with electrical assemblies
- IPC training and aerospace assembly experience (desirable)
- Ability to travel to a rural location
