What You'll Be Doing:

• Leading by example on the floor, youre the face of the restaurant, setting the tone and making guests feel at home
• Creating a great team vibe, recruiting, training, and motivating a passionate bunch of hospitality pros
• Working closely with the Executive Chef to make service seamless and smooth
• Keeping an eye on the numbers and helping the F&B Manager hit targets without compromising the experience
