- Commercial & Operational Analysis
- Deliver meaningful sales and gross margin analysis across channels, customers, SKUs, and categories
- Partner with commercial and operational teams to provide visibility on ROI, promotional activity, and key variances
- Support factory managers with cost analysis, stock trends, and operational efficiencies
- Proactively monitor SKU and customer performance, highlighting risks and opportunities
- Present insight-driven reporting to stakeholders to support business decisions
- Forecasting & Planning
- Own the commercial forecast for sales and margin – challenge assumptions, stress test inputs, and support decision-making
- Review forecast volumes and support material and packaging requirements for planning teams
- Generate inventory reports and align action plans to prevent stock-outs and write-offs
- Support month-end routines including sales, margin, stock, and overhead analysis
- Prepare variance analysis and commentary for internal reporting
- Assist in budget and forecast cycles across commercial and operations functions
- Support financial control and data integrity across systems
- Part-qualified CIMA/ACCA with relevant commercial or analytical finance experience
- Strong Excel and analytical ability – able to pull, manipulate, and interpret large data sets
- Confident communicator – able to explain the “so what” behind the numbers to non-finance stakeholders
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment, ideally manufacturing, FMCG, or food industry
- Willingness and ability to be based on site 5 days a week
