We're looking for a proactive and analytical finance professional who's confident in managing month-end reporting, engaging with budget holders, and leading a small team. What You'll Be Doing

Lead the production of accurate monthly management accounts, reporting to group and local deadlines

Deliver insightful analysis and partner with business leaders to improve cost control

Manage and develop a direct report and support a wider finance team

Drive balance sheet reconciliations, variance analysis, and month-end close for multiple entities

Provide VAT and tax analysis support, while liaising with Treasury and external auditors

Play a key role in systems improvement, process automation, and integration projects

ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified with 1-2+ years PQE

Ambitious and self-starting with a hunger for progression

Confident communicator with the ability to influence non-financial stakeholders

Strong analytical skills with a commercial mindset

Ideally some experience managing or mentoring a team

Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
