Client Details
SME manufacturing business that is part of a large group, requires a hands on finance Project accountant for initially 12 months. Well established in their niche field, they supply to a number of blue chip organisations.
Description
The role is to support the incumbent finance team through a period of change and drive forward initiatives such as:
- Reducing operational costs.
- Improve management information.
- Provide more commercial information, analysing costs ,sales etc as well budgeting and forecasting information
- Improve reporting procedures, streamline processes.
- Provide general finance support
Profile
You will need to be ideally a qualified accountant (although qualified by experience would be considered) and worked substantially in the manufacturing sector.
You will have potentially worked at controller level, but have worked on a number of systems and process improvement projects (so hence can add value from your experience), with the ability to streamline processes.
Job Offer
The salary offer is negotiable depending on experience. They offer hybrid working (3 days on site), 25 days holiday and an enhanced pension scheme.
