Telesales / Internal Sales Support | Warrington | £26,000 + £3k Annual bonus

Are you a proactive sales professional with a talent for building lasting customer relationships and driving revenue growth? We're looking for a Telesales/ Sales Support individual with proven sales experience to join a global wholesale organisation at the forefront of its industry. This is a key role supporting the field sales team and working closely with customers to unlock new opportunities, upsell effectively, and help achieve ambitious growth targets.

Telesales / Internal Sales Support Responsibilities:

  • Support the sales cycle by preparing accurate and timely customer quotations

  • Use your sales acumen to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across existing accounts

  • Work collaboratively with Field Sales to follow up on leads, convert prospects, and support business development initiatives

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to foster loyalty and repeat business

  • Deliver against sales and margin targets for assigned accounts, proactively seeking ways to exceed them

  • Implement product promotions and upsell campaigns with designated customers

  • Monitor customer and competitor activity to inform strategic sales efforts

  • Handle inbound customer queries with a solutions-focused, sales-driven mindset

  • Communicate pricing changes and product updates clearly and persuasively

Telesales / Internal Sales SupportWhat We're Looking For:

  • Demonstrable B2B sales or account management experience - ideally in a target-driven environment

  • A strong relationship builder who thrives on achieving and exceeding sales goals

  • Excellent communication skills with a professional, confident telephone manner

  • Experience using SAP, CRM systems, or similar (preferred but not essential)

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook

  • Organised, self-motivated, and a collaborative team player

  • GCSEs in Maths and English
