Customer Service Administrator - Transport
Location: Warrington
Shift pattern: 6am-6pm, 4 on / 4 off
We are looking for a customer service administrator to join our busy and friendly transport team based in Warrington. This is an entry-level role and previous experience in transport or logistics is not advantageous, but not essential, as full training will be provided. This role would suit someone who enjoys speaking to customers, working with computers, and being part of a fun, outgoing team, where career growth is plentiful.
You will be a key point of contact for customers, supporting the transport operation by booking jobs and handling enquiries. The role is fast paced but rewarding, with plenty of support from the wider team.
Key responsibilities
- Answering incoming calls and emails from customers
- Booking new transport jobs into the system accurately
- Updating job information and customer details
- *Liaising with internal teams to ensure smooth operations
- Always providing a high level of customer service

- Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
- Well organised with good attention to detail
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Able to work well in a team environment
- Reliable and flexible to work a 4 on / 4 off shift pattern
