CLASS 2 DRIVER

Shifts: ROTATING SHIFTS, INCLUDING WEEKEND WORKING - AFTERNOON AND EVENING START TIMES BETWEEN 1300-1600

PAY RATE: £15.75 PER HOUR

Rates of Pay:

• £15.75 per hour basic

Day to Day Duties:

• Working rotating shifts
• Driving Class 2 vehicles safely and efficiently
• Complete 6-7 product deliveries to various stores across the UK daily
• Ensure all loads are maintained at the correct temperatures throughout the journey
• Safely unload cages using a tail lift and deliver them into stores
• Take photos to document successful deliveries
• Address any customer concerns and promptly report them to your line manager

Essential Skills:

• At least 12 months of experience as a Class 2 driver.
• Must hold a valid UK Category C Driving Licence
• Must hold a valid CPC and Digital Tachograph
• No more than six points for minor offences (no DR10, DG10, IN10, or TT99)
• No major endorsements
• Strong customer service skills

Desirable Experience:

• Familiarity with cage and temperature-controlled deliveries is a plus

Training:

• First-day assessment followed by two weeks of training alongside a permanent staff member
