Job Description
The Recruitment Crowd is currently recruiting on behalf of our well-known and industry-leading client based in the Warrington area. We are looking for multiple HGV Class 2 Drivers (CAT C) to join the team.
Hours: Typically 9 hours working across Monday-Sunday, start time is usually 7:30am but sometimes is as early as 5am
Pay Rate: £16.50 per hour PAYE (anything over 9 hours is time and a half)
Location: Warrington, WA2
Job Type: Temporary/Ad-Hoc
The role:
- Driving the removal vehicle
- Securely removing/transporting furniture to and from office or commercial businesses to new location
- Assisting colleagues to safely unload/load the vehicle
- Dismantling and reassembling furniture when needed
- Conducting vehicle checks
- Maintaining cleanliness and safety compliance
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months experience operating Class 2
- Manually unloading truck
- Have a valid and in date DCPC and Digi Tacho card
- Have no more than 6 points on licence
- Have a full understanding of WTD legislation
- Be hard-working, reliable and flexible
