Job Description:
The Recruitment Crowd is currently recruiting on behalf of our well-known and industry-leading client based in the Warrington area. We are looking for multiple HGV Class 2 Drivers (CAT C) to join the team.
Hours:Typically 9 hours working across Monday-Sunday, start time is usually 7:30am but sometimes is as early as 5am (anything over 9 hours is time and a half)
Pay Rate:16.50 per hour PAYE
Location:Warrington, WA2
Job Type:Temporary/Ad-Hoc
The role:
- Driving the removal vehicle.
- Securely removing/transporting furniture to and from office or commercial businesses to new location.
- Assisting colleagues to safely unload/load the vehicle.
- Dismantling and reassembling furniture when needed.
- Conducting vehicle checks.
- Maintaining cleanliness and safety compliance.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months experience operating Class 2.
- Manually unloading truck.
- Have a valid and in date DCPC and Digi Tacho card.
- Have no more than 6 points on licence.
- Have a full understanding of WTD legislation.
- Be hard-working, reliable and flexible.
