We're looking for a Mobile Multi-skilled Engineer to join a highly regarded building services team, delivering exceptional maintenance solutions across commercial sites in the education and healthcare sectors.

About the Role:

• Provide planned and reactive maintenance across a range of commercial properties.
• Work on mechanical and electrical systems, including plantroom equipment.
• Operate independently and collaboratively within a multi-skilled service team.
• Travel across the North West and Midlands, with occasional overnight stays (pre-arranged and fully expensed).

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 3 years' experience in commercial mechanical and electrical building services.
• ACS Gas qualified and Gas Safe registered.
• Full UK driving licence essential.
• NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing & Heating (or equivalent).
• 18th Edition / NICEIC qualifications preferred.
• F-Gas and LPG certifications desirable.
• Ability to read and interpret building services drawings.
• Basic IT proficiency and excellent communication skills.
• Willingness to undertake an Enhanced DBS check post-hire.
