We are currently seeking a reliable and customer-focused Customer Service Advisor to join our clients team in Appleton Thorn (WA4). This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where your communication skills and attention to detail will make a real difference.

What You’ll Do:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and internal systems
- Provide accurate information and resolve issues efficiently
- Log all communications and update customer records accordingly
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of queries
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude at all times
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a customer service or contact centre environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- A proactive and friendly approach to customer interaction
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable with IT systems and data entry

- Day and night shifts available (flexibility required)
