Were currently looking to recruit an Associate Commercial Director, who willpartner the Commercial Director and support the ICC team in driving the continuous improvement in the financial & commercial performance of the project, providing the Key Account team with the tools to make informed decisions on performance, opportunity and risk
The Associate Commercial Director will:
- Support in the preparation of outputs to Operations and Central Finance (incl. balance sheet reconciliations, WIP reporting, contract performance to budget / forecast, etc.) adhering to business deadlines.
- Support the Central team and local Commercial Managers in the production of quarterly and annual planning, forecasting and reporting models.
- Support the local commercial team in the monthly financial close within designated timeframes.
- Analysis of cost base and review of local country results to improve and find betterment in their performance.
- Work closely with the operational teams to improve commercial performance across their portfolio of contracts.
- Work on a continuous improvement basis to reduce the degree of manual intervention in financial processes.
- Production of key reports (MBRs, QBRs, Country Deep Dives) to enable the KAM team to review and challenge operations on contract performance.
- Participation in the process of standardising output across all commercial departments in the business.
As an Apleona Associate Commercial Director, were looking for:
- Fully Qualified (AAT, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- Successful in ability to meet deadlines and experience in an accounts environment
- Ability to demonstrate commercial knowledge that provides value added service to the business
- Experience in working to strict deadlines
- Ability to use computers to advanced level Microsoft Excel
