We are working with an MSP / IT consultancy who have undergone an exciting brand renewal and new packaging of services. You will target business owners and non-technical leaders in North West based businesses, sharing value in cutting edge technology which will ultimately propel their businesses.

The Business Development Representative role is in charge of prospecting for new sales opportunities, developing pipeline opportunities, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities. You will be making outbound phone calls to customers and prospects to set appointments for sales teams. Speaking to customers about a broad range of services from the IT Managed Services portfolio.

Ideally you will have 12+ months SDR experience in a professional sales environment. Most important, you have to be ambitious and keen to develop a career long-term.

Business Development Representative - Responsibilities

  • Identify, generate and qualify new sales leads through customer analytics, predictive marketing processes, and prospecting new customers
  • Explain the benefits of IT Managed Services to potential clients in a concise manner that creates further product curiosity
  • Prospect new customers and leads
  • Utilize social media platforms to connect and further score potential leads

Business Development Representative - Requirements

  • 12+ months experience in Lead Generation, B2B sales, SDR, or outbound B2B sales in an MSP, Software, SaaS, or Professional Services company
  • 12+ months experience booking meetings with non-technical business leaders i.e. Finance Directors, Business Owners, etc.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive approach to sales and marketing
  • Comfortable making outbound calls
  • Full driving licence and vehicle
