Astute's Power team is partnering with a leading Waste Management Company a to recruit a Commercial Manager on a 4-month contract for its Warrington office.
The Commercial Manager comes with a rate of 36.72 per hour.
Key skills
- Protect commercial interests, manage client relationships, and lead the commercial team.
- Support tendering activities by identifying risks, interpreting contract documents, and shaping commercial strategy.
- Oversee contract transition, compliance, administration, and performance across all project stages.
- Identify, manage, and mitigate commercial and contractual risks on new and existing contracts.
- Build strong client/supplier relationships, negotiate agreements, and provide expert contractual guidance.
- Collaborate with operational, financial, legal, and sector leads to exceed commercial targets, ensure accurate forecasting, and maintain safety compliance.
