The Commercial Account Handler role:
In your role, you will play a pivotal part in delivering an exceptional service to an extensive list of Commercial clients. You’ll manage a diverse portfolio, handle queries, renewals, and new business to ensure that clients’ needs are met effectively and efficiently.
What we are looking for:
- Proven experience in an Account Handler role.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients.
- Experience of Acturis is essential and CII qualifications would be highly desirable.
- An organised individual able to prioritise workload and manage time effectively.
