Credit Controller – Warrington

  • Salary: £24,500 – £26,000 (DOE)
  • Hours: Full-time, office based. Choice of shifts: 8:30am–5:00pm or 9:00am–5:30pm (30-minute lunch)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and monitor customer accounts, ensuring timely payments
  • Liaise with internal departments and customers to resolve outstanding debts
  • Prepare monthly debtor reports and updates for senior management
  • Support legal recovery processes when necessary
  • Reconcile accounts and process daily banking transactions
  • Assist with year-end audit preparation and general admin tasks

Skills & Experience:

  • Previous credit control experience
  • Strong communication, organisation, and attention to detail
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
  • Proficient in MS Excel and Word (intermediate level)
  • Team player with a proactive attitude and desire to progress
