We are searching for a candidate with experience in Customer Service Administration, ideally supporting a sales function with duties such as processing orders, customer support and other office support tasks.
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary of £27,000-£30,000 + annual profit share bonus of up to 20% of salary.
- Mon - Fri 08:30-17:00 (1 hr. lunch)

What will be expected of you:
This is a varied and interesting administration role supporting the external sales and service team to provide customers with high-quality service and complete administration surrounding the sales function.
- You will be responsible for direct communication with customers and working closely with the sales team to serve our customers.
- Communicate with customers via phone and email
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
- Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
- Data entry in various platforms
- To act as a full and supportive member of the sales team with particular emphasis on the receiving, processing and progressing of orders, so as to ensure customer needs are met.
- To grow, learn and develop within the business.
