Adele Carr is working with a fantastic local office of a globally successful business that is recruiting a Customer Service Administrator to join them in Thelwall, south Warrington.

We are searching for a candidate with experience in Customer Service Administration, ideally supporting a sales function with duties such as processing orders, customer support and other office support tasks.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary of £27,000-£30,000 + annual profit share bonus of up to 20% of salary.
  • Mon - Fri 08:30-17:00 (1 hr. lunch)

What will be expected of you:

This is a varied and interesting administration role supporting the external sales and service team to provide customers with high-quality service and complete administration surrounding the sales function.

  • You will be responsible for direct communication with customers and working closely with the sales team to serve our customers.
  • Communicate with customers via phone and email
  • Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
  • Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
  • Data entry in various platforms
  • To act as a full and supportive member of the sales team with particular emphasis on the receiving, processing and progressing of orders, so as to ensure customer needs are met.
  • To grow, learn and develop within the business.

  • Administration experience of 3+ years
  • Proactive, passionate and confident individual
  • Loves talking to people and proactively solving issues
  • Excellent verbal & written interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organise, and prioritise work
