What You'll Be Doing:In this fast-paced, customer-focused role, you'll handle a variety of inbound customer queries via live chat, telephone, and email. You'll play a key role in delivering clear, friendly, and efficient support - ensuring every customer has a positive experience.
Your responsibilities will include:

Responding to queries about online accounts

Updating and maintaining customer information

Investigating and resolving account-related issues

Working with other departments to find fast, effective solutions

Escalating concerns where necessary - and making sure they're handled the right way
