We are seeking a motivated Customer Service Agent to join our team, supporting our industrial/manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining high customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and efficient communication.

Description

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide updates.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update account information as needed.
  • Assist with handling complaints, providing solutions, and following up to ensure resolution.
  • Support the Customer Service team in achieving departmental goals and KPIs.
  • Provide product information and guidance to customers when required.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and suggest enhancements.

Profile

A successful Customer Service Agent should have:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
