- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide updates.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update account information as needed.
- Assist with handling complaints, providing solutions, and following up to ensure resolution.
- Support the Customer Service team in achieving departmental goals and KPIs.
- Provide product information and guidance to customers when required.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and suggest enhancements.
