What you'll do:

As a Digital Customer Service Advisor, your primary responsibility will be to provide top-notch service to our clients customers. You'll handle inbound contacts regarding online account queries, providing professional and friendly service via various channels. Your keen attention to detail will ensure data is accurately recorded, while your problem-solving skills will enable you to resolve customer account queries efficiently. You'll also liaise with other departments as necessary to resolve customer issues. Your commitment to maintaining customer satisfaction will be evident as you promptly and correctly handle any escalations.

  • Servicing inbound contacts regarding online account queries.
  • Providing customers with professional and friendly service via live chat, telephone and email.
  • Ensuring data is accurately recorded, including any adjustments, closures, and other processes.
  • Resolving all customer account queries efficiently and in a timely manner.
  • Liaising internally with other departments to resolve customer queries.
  • Ensuring that any escalations are raised promptly and correctly to maintain customer satisfaction.
